Star Ratings

We ask students to Rate your Accommodation to achieve the best possible experience during their stay at your room/property. We ask questions about Facilities, Lease, Bills, Safety and Satisfaction relating to the room/property they are staying at or stayed at.

If a student rates your room/property, you can achieve 1-5 stars based on their feedback. The stars will feature on your listing in the search results once we have approved the rating.

If you want stars awarded to your listing, we encourage you to ask your tenants to rate your accommodation.

	To achieve 1 star all questions must be YES in 1 category
	To achieve 2 stars all questions must be YES in 2 categories
	To achieve 3 stars all questions must be YES in 3 categories
	To achieve 4 stars all questions must be YES in 4 categories
	To achieve 5 stars all questions must be YES in ALL categories

NOTE: Until we receive a new student rating, your listing will keep stars previously awarded. If you want to re-list your room/property make sure you log back into your our system and re-list the listing with the star rating.
